We help shape and develop the energy efficiency market by implementing strategic projects co-funded by the European Commission under the LIFE programme. We carry out these projects in consortia with The Polish National Energy Conservation Agency (KAPE S.A.) and financial institutions.
EPC Facilitator
OSS FACILITATOR EPC (Integrated services for public entities in a process of preparing, concluding EPC projects in public buildings) aims to provide comprehensive support to public sector organisations in improving the energy efficiency of buildings through Energy Performance Contracting.
The project is being carried out by Dr Rafał Cieślak’s law firm in consortium with the Polish National Energy Conservation Agency.

CERT-ESCO-FIN
CERT-ESCO-FIN (Performance risk mitigation – green light for ESCO financing through certification and guarantee fund) aims to establish a dedicated certification mechanism for EPC projects and a Guarantee Fund, designed to mitigate the risk for institutions financing EPC projects.
The project is being carried out by Cieślak & Associates in a consortium with the Polish National Energy Conservation Agency and Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.
