Public Procurement
We have many years’ experience in advising on public procurement for central government, local authorities, municipal companies and businesses. We advise contracting authorities on the preparation and conduct of public procurement procedures, whilst we support contractors in analysing tender documentation and in preparing and submitting tenders. We also provide advice during the performance of public contracts, supporting clients with contract amendments, financial settlements, disputes and contract risk management.
