Public-Private Partnerships
Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are one of the firm’s main areas of specialisation. PPPs encompass a wide range of models for cooperation between the public and private sectors. We advise on projects based on availability payments and user charges, concessions for construction works and services, PPP ventures, investment leases, ‘premises for land’ transactions and other models of long-term cooperation involving investments and public services. Hybrid projects, which combine PPP models with co-financing from EU and national funds, occupy a special place within our practice.
