Energy Efficiency
We support public and private sector organisations in the preparation and implementation of comprehensive projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency of buildings and infrastructure, as well as the use of renewable energy sources. For many years, we have been helping to shape and develop the Polish market for projects carried out under the Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and Energy Service Company (ESCO) models.
We advise on projects including, amongst others, the energy retrofit of public buildings, the modernisation of street lighting and the implementation of energy management systems. We have experience in projects combining guaranteed energy savings with funding from EU and national sources.

Together with the Polish National Energy Conservation Agency (KAPE S.A.), we have created the EPC Facilitator brand, through which we offer clients comprehensive legal, financial and technical support for the implementation of EPC/ESCO projects.
