Marek Tobiacelli

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering and Aeronautics at the Warsaw University of Technology. For many years, he worked as a director at Siemens, specialising in energy efficiency.

He currently holds the position of ESCO Product Development Team Manager at The Polish National Energy Conservation Agency (KAPE S.A.), with whom we jointly implement projects under the EPC/ESCO model (facylitatorepc.pl). He is a co-author of the government’s Guidelines for Energy Performance Contracting, as well as reports and analyses concerning the energy efficiency project market.
