Alina Sarnacka-Łuczyn

A leading figure in the Polish PPP market. A graduate in economics from the American University in Cairo and SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She has worked for international consultancy firms (PwC, EY).

She advises on large-scale PPP projects both in Poland and abroad (including in Egypt, the Caribbean and Romania), ensuring their implementation in accordance with international best practices and standards. She is a co-author of the government’s PPP Guidelines and the expert responsible for evaluating the national PPP Policy. Initiator and active participant in the work of the Expert Working Group on PPPs at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy.
